Valve Skids and Tie-Ins
CCC Underwater Engineering offers flexible and cost-effective solutions for delivering subsea spools to offshore locations.
Clients can choose between transporting spools on barges or supply vessels, or arranging wet storage before the arrival of the Dive Support Vessel (DSV).
Spool sizes range from 4’’ to 48’’ in diameter with lengths up to 82 meters.
For spools exceeding 45 meters, lifting operations are performed using two cranes from cargo barges to ensure safe and efficient handling.
J-Tube, Risers & Clamps
CCC Underwater Engineering provides design, fabrication, and construction services for J-Tubes, risers, and associated clamps used in subsea infrastructure installations.
Clients can choose between installing J-Tubes and risers in single sections or flanged sections, offering flexibility based on project requirements.
With two cranes available onboard vessels, large crane barges are often unnecessary. Risers and J-Tubes up to 70 meters long can be installed efficiently in a single bundle configuration.
